Welcome to Dripessa. We're a small coffee brand with one simple rule: your coffee isn't roasted until you order it. No bags sitting in a warehouse for months. You pick your coffee, it gets roasted, and it ships straight to your door.

This is our first post, so let's keep it useful. Here's everything you need to pick your first bag.

Step 1: Pick your vibe

• Single Origin: coffee from one place, like Bali, Peru, Uganda or Colombia. Best if you want to taste where your coffee comes from. Each one has its own personality, from chocolatey to bright and fruity.
• Blends: beans mixed for balance. Smooth, reliable, made for your everyday mug. Breakfast Blend and House Blend are easy places to start.
• Flavored: the fun stuff. S'mores, Dubai Chocolate, Vanilla Hazelnut, Peppermint Mocha and more. They're lightly flavored with natural flavorings, so they still taste like real coffee, not syrup.
• Coffee Pods: single-serve pods and capsules for when you want one great cup with zero measuring.

Step 2: Pick your grind

Every bag comes ground the way you brew, or as whole beans. Here's the cheat sheet:

• Whole Bean: you grind it at home, right before brewing. The freshest cup you can get.
• Standard: for drip coffee makers and most pour-overs. If you're not sure, pick this.
• Coarse: for French press and cold brew.
• Espresso: a fine grind for espresso machines and moka pots.

Step 3: Pick your size

Bags come in 12oz, 1 LB, 2 LB and 5 LB. Trying a new flavor? Grab a 12oz. Found your forever coffee? Go big and stock up.

Step 4: Never run out
